Prices are per organisation and exclude VAT. Registered charities with an income under £100,000 can ask for 25% off Growth. WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta through your own WhatsApp Business account: we add nothing on top. Card payments for donations go through your own Stripe account; Adab takes no cut.

Common questions
Do you charge per supporter?
No. Every plan includes unlimited supporters. You pay per organisation, and your plan decides which features are switched on. Your list can grow without your bill.
Who pays for WhatsApp messages?
Messages go through a WhatsApp Business account in your charity's name, so Meta bills you directly at its rates. We add no mark-up. Replies inside a conversation a supporter started cost little or nothing.
Do you take a cut of donations?
No. Donations are paid into your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its usual card fee; Adab adds nothing.
Can we keep using our Google Sheet?
Yes. On Growth and above, Adab keeps a Google Sheet or SharePoint list in step with the CRM, so your team can move over at their own pace.
Is our data safe?
Each charity's data is kept completely separate. Connected accounts are stored encrypted, and on every plan each change is recorded with who made it.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your Growth or Network trial lasts 14 days and needs no card. Add a card any time from Plan and billing to carry on; if you don't, you move to Starter and nothing is deleted. Features from the bigger plan simply switch off until you upgrade.
Can we change plans later?
Any time. Features switch on or off straight away and your data stays exactly where it is. If you move down to Starter, nothing is deleted.
