Terms of service

These terms govern your organisation's use of Adab CRM. By creating an account you agree to them on your organisation's behalf.

Your data

Your organisation owns the contacts, messages and templates it puts in the service. We process them only to run the service for you, and delete them when you close your account.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have a lawful basis, including any consent required, to contact the people you message, and you honour opt-outs. You keep your sign-in details secure.

Acceptable use

No unsolicited bulk messaging, no unlawful content, and no attempts to access another organisation's data.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and your data backed up, but provide it as is, without warranty.
